Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
• Maintain access credentials securely and not share them without authorization
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed schedules and terms
• Not misrepresent the scope or nature of work performed by Adams Apex Systems

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing, deposit requirements, milestone payments, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in those agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Project Timeline and Changes

Project timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of agreement. Delays caused by client response times, scope changes, or factors outside our control may affect delivery dates. Scope changes requested after project commencement may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, documented through change orders or amended agreements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement between the parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, products, and services provided through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adams Apex Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
